This lovely candle begins with a vintage Austrian porcelain teacup and matching saucer, bearing the distinctive Made in Habsburg-China Austria backstamp. Rather than allowing this beautiful piece to remain tucked away in the cabinet, we’ve given it a new purpose.
Each vessel is carefully cleaned, stored, and then prepared in its new design as a vintage candle - to be enjoyed now and kept long after the final burn.
Simply add the wax, place the wick, and enjoy the ritual of creating your candle. Once the candle has burned through, the wax can be refilled or the the teacup can be cleaned and enjoyed again - as a teacup, keepsake, or decorative piece.
